1. The Harvest Hustle Network Tournament by 3 Oaks will be active from 25.04.2024 09:00 UTC to 30.04.2024 23:59 UTC.

2. Only qualified players can claim the prize. To be qualified, the player must fulfill the following conditions: the Minimum Bet is EUR 0.2 AND The Minimum Number of Spins is 100.

3. Only real money rounds can participate in the tournament.

4. Other than the price to make a spin, there is no additional cost to enter the tournament.

5. All points collected during the qualification stage are saved and counted for the player after passing the qualification.

6. Non-qualified players are also shown on the Leaderboard, but the line for the non-qualified player is striped in grey until they are qualified.

7. Winning mechanic: HSRP players will get points for the highest payout in a single round.

8. The prize pool of the Tournament is progressive starting from EUR 50,000 (or the player’s currency equivalent).

9. Prizes are paid automatically to winners if the auto-payout feature is enabled. The winner gets a Win Pop-Up after the Tournament is finished and the final results are displayed on the Leaderboard.

10. If the auto-payout feature is disabled, players get a Win Pop-Up stating that the prize will be manually credited to their accounts by the Operator in 72 hours.

11. If the auto- payout feature is unavailable due to any technical issues, Operators reward players manually, based on the Winners Report provided by 3 Oaks.

12. The Progressive Prize Pool is growing during the Tournament with participants’ bet percentage contribution.

13. Prize distribution is based on a percentage share of the pool for each win position, thus all prizes are growing.

14. Prize pool distribution (Place — Prize): 1st place — 1000EUR, 2nd place — 750EUR, 3rd place — 600EUR, 4th place —500EUR, 5th place — 400EUR, 6th - 10th place — 200EUR, 11th - 20th place — 100EUR, 21st - 50th place — 75EUR, 51st - 100th place — 30EUR, 101st - 150th place — 20EUR.

15. Each player will get a personal tournament ID for the Leaderboard.

16. During the Tournament, the Leaderboard is updated in real-time with each player's spin.

17. When forming the Final Leaderboard, we reserve a 5-minute delay to prevent all possible data loss scenarios; when making final calculations, the Leaderboard will appear striped until complete.

18. By participating in the tournament, you agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined here and the ones provided by the operator.

19. In cases of emergency, 3 Oaks Gaming holds the right to cancel the Harvest Hustle Network Tournament at any time, including payments for winnings, if deemed necessary.

20. If two or more players are tied, those players who get the score first will break the tie.

21. Tournament rules can be changed anytime.

22. Malfunction voids all payouts.
